The registry receives documents addressed to the Town, enters them into the case management system and delivers them to the respective service. The documents requiring registration include local resident’s initiatives, requests for a review, complaints, requests for an opinion, requests for responses and clarifications, decisions and applications.

Anyone can ask the town archives to do document or information retrievals and give copies of documents stored in the arctownhives. The town archive documents are mainly public.
Requests for documents can be submitted by email, phone, letter or by visiting in person. You need a permission to photograph any of the material.
The town archive records contain also personal details. Thus data protection legislation and EU data protection regulation apply to personal data files and data.
