Free physical activity sessions for the families are available and ongoing during the spring and autumn term in the Sport Center.
Family swim
A free family swim session is available on Sundays at 10am–12.30 afternoons (entrance no later than at 11.00am). A child comes or children come to swim with their parents or grandparents. The parents are responsible for taking care of and supervising their children in the swimming pool. Children who are unable to swim belong to the small swimming pool.
Physical activity session for the families in the exercise hall
A free, self-acting physical activity session for the families is available in the exercise hall on Sundays at 10.15am–12.00 noon. Children’s equipment is available for use from the Centre for Physical Activities. The child must have a person who has custody of the child with him/her under whose responsibility the child attends the session. Physical activity sessions for the families can be attended without registering, entrance through the main door of the Centre for Physical Activities.
- Please, note that the trampoline and the space for athletics are not included in the physical activity session for the families. These spaces can be separately booked at the cash desk.

Ice-skating session in the indoor ice rink
A free ice-skating session is available in the indoor ice rink Evo-areena on Sundays at 10.00am– 11.00am and with a puck at 11.00am–11.45am. The entrance is through the indoor ice rink door.

Water rollick for schoolchildren in classes 3–6
A free water rollick will be arranged in the indoor swimming pool during the autumn and spring term in schools on Fridays at 14.30pm–4.00pm (entrance no later than at 3.00pm). The water rollickis aimed at schoolchildren in classes 3–6. At the time of the water rollick, there is water play equipment available for children. The indoor swimming pool may be congested during the water rollick.
Session for unemployed persons
A free swim/gym session for unemployed persons is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3.00pm–4.30pm (entrance no later than at 3.30pm). Register at the cash desk, you will receive a one-time card to gain entrance. The right of access is checked periodically by the Employment Office.
