In Kuusamo’s early childhood education services, you can handle matters electronically.

A family living in or moving to Kuusamo can apply for a municipal early childhood education place, a service voucher, report income information, and terminate an early childhood education place through Wilma. Communication also works through Wilma.

Each guardian uses Wilma with a personal account. Using Wilma for early childhood education requires strong authentication. The guardian creates their own Wilma account according to the instructions or uses an existing Wilma account. The guardian can link all their children (both early childhood and school-aged) under the same account
